YT Translate is a subtitle translation service for YouTube content creators. The Service translates video subtitles, titles, and descriptions into multiple languages using the YouTube Data API v3.

The Service is operated by an independent developer ("we", "us", "our").

You must have a valid Google account with a YouTube channel to use the Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must not share your account credentials with others
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service to violate YouTube Community Guidelines
Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
Attempt to circumvent API quotas or rate limits
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of the Service

Translations are generated by automated AI translation services
We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of translations
You are responsible for reviewing translations before publishing
By uploading translations to YouTube, you confirm they comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines

7. Billing and Payments

Some features of the Service require payment
Prices are displayed before you confirm any purchase
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
Refund policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the Service, please contact support within 14 days of purchase.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content are owned by us
Your YouTube content remains your property
Translations generated through the Service are your property

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that translations will be accurate.

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to the quality of translations or any changes made to your YouTube content through the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time
We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms
Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy
